Parking and where to find us
The Practice is situated on the ground floor of a house (No. 4) on the north side of the road.
Parking is available in the road within the marked bays. You do not need a parking permit as the spaces permit free parking for either 2 or 3 hours. Moreton Road can be quite busy. If you are unable to park here there is a pay and display car park on Marston Ferry Road which is a 10 minute walk from the Practice.
Your First Consultation
You will be given a written estimate at the end of your first appointment for any treatment recommended. Payment should be made at the end of each appointment.
Disabled Access
We have disabled access via a ramp leading to the practice door and have ground floor surgeries. Should you require the ramp, please let the Reception know before your appointment.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel an appointment please give us a minimum of 2 working days notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements.
There will be a charge for appointments broken without notice or cancelled with less than 2 working days notice. This may amount to 75% of the clinical fee.
